Do excercises such as heavy deadlifts and squats affect your height?

Obviously they reduce your height in the short term but what is the consensus on how it affects your height in the long term.Does anyone with experience doing these exercises have an answer?
 
Deadlift is a meme do not do it

Every paper to date show there is a 0.00000000 diffrence

if anything they increase height (if you're still going through puberty) due to general exercise increasing hgh

done correctly they can improve your posture which is sort of like a height increase

difficult demanding exercises release ton of HGH (like deadlifts,benchpress,squats)

HGH = cause of growth

Going for a sprint will raise HGH you dont need deadlifts
 
Doing deadlifts for muhh strength was the biggest waste of my time don't do it
