Do I need Lefort 1?

Inb4 i need lefort 3. i know my upper maxilla is recessed af, im just not sure about my lower maxilla. i did have headger as an early teen to push maxilla forward and then braces to change angle of the teeth to hide a slight underbite (my mom is low iq, and so was I, dont diss me)

Im not sure if i still have it though, and if i do, is lefort 1 really necessary for such a small underbite?
