Lips are the thing you can't change tbh, well you can do a lip lift, but the goal is to shorten the philtrum, and precisely avoid making the upper lip looks bigger.

Basically, the one born with extremely thin lips is a little fucked tbh. Womens and Models Agencies wants big juicy lips. Just look at the male model wall.
