This is one of the biggest reasons why people have too short jaws/chins, assymetrical jaws or where they have their ramus too high. It makes sense obviously, as you're constantly putting pressure on your teeth.
I myself used to clench my jaw for 2 years, result being the left side of my jaw to come out higher and shorter than the other side, luckily enough it's not as bad as it could've gotten.
Anyways, does anyone here know what can be done about this?
