Do NOT clench your jaw

This is one of the biggest reasons why people have too short jaws/chins, assymetrical jaws or where they have their ramus too high. It makes sense obviously, as you're constantly putting pressure on your teeth.

I myself used to clench my jaw for 2 years, result being the left side of my jaw to come out higher and shorter than the other side, luckily enough it's not as bad as it could've gotten.

Anyways, does anyone here know what can be done about this?

Do it yourself and come back 2 years later. Your mandible is constantly putting pressure on your maxilla this way which will result in the maxilla ressisting

I wore down my teeth from clenching. Dentists were saying if I kept it up I would wear through my teeth by the time I'm 30. So I don't do it anymore plus now have braces to align teeth better and reduce wear.
