His forehead was made more masculine, presumably by shaving it and it looks much better.

this is almost certainly several custom silicone implants, not bony procedures.
He got a mandibular angle implant that much is obvious.
Oh so rather than the forehead made more backwards, the face went more forward?this is almost certainly several custom silicone implants, not bony procedures.

You mean you have it already or after you got surgeryI got such a forehead like him after surgery
I already have it. So far I haven't done any surgeries except for laser treatments (if that counts as surgery). You mean you have it already or after you got surgery

This is easy. Try finding one that will do a LeFort3 without you falling from a 10 story building straight on your head and somehow surviving.
Can you not just get a brow ridge implant or filler?@Cretinous @NickGurr
Im not looking for lefort or any implants.
I just want the forhead more sloped and straigh. I did some resesrch and found that forehead shaving can be done in some places but i didnt fins any good ones. Do you know if this surgery is legit?

Strong transformation. Unfortunately, his hair still have a shit quality.
I have spoken to a doctor in Switzerland known worldwide for his lyophilised cartilage implantations. I want to have my chin, jaw and cheeks operated on. He does not think much of normal implants, and says that most people would regret it and not do it anymore. Simply because the body perceives it as a foreign body, and often wants to repel. Also, the position of the normal implants often changes.
