His forehead was made more masculine, presumably by shaving it and it looks much better.

He got a lot of things masculinized not only forehead

Why did they change his nose though wtf

this is almost certainly several custom silicone implants, not bony procedures.

He got a mandibular angle implant that much is obvious.

Oh so rather than the forehead made more backwards,the face went more forward?

I got such a forehead like him after surgery :feelshah:

You mean you have it already or after you got surgery
I already have it. So far I haven't done any surgeries except for laser treatments (if that counts as surgery).

implants. mounted on his bone, so yes the volume has been increased not decreased. I'm pretty confident this is deschamps-braly's work. He works with trannies of both persuasions a lot so he has a lot of experience in facial masculinization and facial feminization. The former is almost always implants while the latter is mostly bone shaving procedures.

This is easy. Try finding one that will do a LeFort3 without you falling from a 10 story building straight on your head and somehow surviving.

I'm pretty sure one of those jawsurgeryforum uber-spastics found a surgeon willing to do LF3. IIRC he also came back and didnt want to talk about it other than to relay that he wasnt happy. then got the admin to delete his account.

@Cretinous @NickGurr
Im not looking for lefort or any implants.
I just want the forhead more sloped and straigh. I did some resesrch and found that forehead shaving can be done in some places but i didnt fins any good ones. Do you know if this surgery is legit?

Can you not just get a brow ridge implant or filler?

Before surgery -> Typical Incel
After surgery -> Cavemancel with sloping forehead

Strong transformation. Unfortunately, his hair still have a shit quality.
I have spoken to a doctor in Switzerland known worldwide for his lyophilised cartilage implantations. I want to have my chin, jaw and cheeks operated on. He does not think much of normal implants, and says that most people would regret it and not do it anymore. Simply because the body perceives it as a foreign body, and often wants to repel. Also, the position of the normal implants often changes.

you should probably consult with at least one person at little bit more level headed before you rush off to switzerland

Sailer is.... a strange duck. If you're going to switzerland to consult you might as well arrange to go over to germany or italy and consult some of the more prominent names like Zarrinbal or Raffaini and see what they have to say.

Normal implants do not move if they are anchored to the bone with screws. Which is a pretty standard practice nowdays.

I'm not exaggerating when i tell you that you will be hard pressed to find anyone better than Eppley. Its kind of ironic that PSL has attached this imagery of him being a charlatan or snakeoil guy, because when it comes to maxfac and facial surgery (if my memory serves me, this shit actually started because some retards on lookism didnt like that he was negative towards the chin wing procedure,in spite of his comments on it being entirely correct) Eppley wrote the book in many aspects. In some cases, LITERALLY (i actually have a maxfac textbook somewhere in my old house with several chapters written by Eppley, lol) Theres very few surgeons in the world more experienced in this arena than eppley.

Personally i wouldnt go in for any kind of implant. Sailer can say that lyoph. cartilage is treated differently, but AFAIK from the literature the risks are pretty similar with all material types, with porous stuff like medpor and cartilage having the additional long term risk that if you need to have it removed it can be a significant ordeal.
