there's a difference but if you look any recent height charts u'll see the difference ranges from 2-4cm depending on the year of the study and number of participants. sure the national average is somewhat taller, but not to the point where if you go to a popular nightclub in Bucharest, there'd be a noticeable difference compared to popular nightclub in Budapest
