Does anyone have solutions for this kind of puffiness?

Note I am talking about two distinct things based on the picture:

1. The puffy part right under the eyelids (puffiness)
2. The discoloration underneath that

Is there a way to fix both? What softmaxxing strategies are there to eliminate them? From the @benignice guide, he mentioned Vit A for hyperpigmentation but I’m not sure if that classifies as that. What hard maxxing strategies are there? It seems like tear through fillers could help. However, although that area is away from the jaws, will it affect jaw surgery since I’m planning to get that within the next few months.

The first picture has both 1. and 2. mentioned above, whereas the woman seems to have 2. only

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you, it can look aesthetic. As for the coloration however. . . . . I'm not too sure about that. Is that what you meant by puffiness?

Blepharoplasty for the bags. 2. Depends on cause of discoloration either way it would be vitamin c / fillers or even better fat could be transferred in the blepharoplasty procedure from the bags to the tear through
