I don't think so. I think that nofap could mean accelerated male pattern baldness, because celibacy increases density of androgen receptors and fapping decreases them. DHT can't work in the body without androgen receptors, so to me it would make sense that fapping slowed rate of balding.
Just speculating tho, dw guys im no scientist.
