Does lips reduction make philtrum longer?

Does a reduction of the upper lip makes the philtrum longer ? If so will I need a lip lift after wtf

youll never get a good result from lip reduction, its a terrible surgery
also how bad are ur lips
ur lips probably arent the problem, or atleast they wouldnt matter much if you looksmaxxed everything else on your face

They are like the first guy's. The thing is I just think they don't really suit my phenotype and overall face bc I have a recessed jaw and a low fwhr. But now that I think about it, if they look fishy it's probably because I need bimax

max everything else and i can assure you theyll start to fit in with your face
if you have a recessed jaw and low fwhr you should go about fixing that, not really sure what u can do about fwhr but definitely consider surgery for your recession

I'm getting MSDO and MSE soon, this is supposed to make my fwhr higher right ? I've heard MSE makes your zyggos wider

yeah mse increases ur zygo width, not really sure by how much tho
msdo is cool, it also increases ur chin width so thats a plus
