The problem isn't your nose, it's the rest of your face. It's also like 1 or 2 mm increase at most. I can attest to this because if you look closely at my nose, one part is a little bigger than the other because I only breathe in through my left nostril but literally no one on these autistic sites has noticed it. (So, it's a very small change)
