When people say development stops once you hit 18, they are talking absolute shit and even if it does, which it doesn't, why is 18 considered adult? Being a biological adult is different from being an adult according to your country's law.

If your face stopped changing after 18, the break-down of bone wouldn't happen by 45 and all these guys wouldn't be losing their looks.

Your bones are always developing, with every year. Whether that's ascending or descending is dependent on age and how you nurture them. Obviously most MAJOR development happens through puberty and late adolescence. But that's major.
