Only things i am allowed to consume is salt and some vitamins.

i have experience with fasting i don't expect it to be this hard.

Hunger goes away after 16ish hours and then it doesn’t really come back. Can be kinda hard to fall asleep if you’re inexperienced.

Oof do whatever feels natural, like go on a long run then take a piping hot bath(while drinking water) and you’ll pass out for like half a day. Trust me if you do this your body just tells your brain you’re dying and to go lights out for a bit. Also constantly thinking about the fast and posting on the forum about it is free cortisol so you probably don’t wanna do that

Yeah, I know about fasting and have been throwing around 48s since three years but never managed 1 full week. Got my electrolytes, got my cinnamon powder, my coffee and my apple cider vinegar so I'm set. But the big challenge will be managing cardio and running during the week

I will wish you luck but it's a classic rookie mistakes to load oneself with too much burden in anticipation of fast results.

Wouldn't be surprised if you gave up 2 days in.

day idk wtf but i haven’t failed. i’ve just been doing 1 day water fast followed by 1 day dry fast. so far the days on the dry fast suck but water fast days are easy. got facial leanness straight after the first dry fast. gonna stop in 3 days, hopefully i don’t die from alcohol on that day

2/7 days i am really hungry but i think the cravings are going to go away tomorrow
i decided to tell my girlfriend she thinks I am going to die jfl.
anyway i found that meditating helps with the hunger plus drinking water
also an empty fridge is s good idea, mine isn't and the temptations are strong

JFL, failed. My current routine is too demading for going deeper than IF/OMAD, but I'm making too much progress to pause it for now

i take some electrolytes to be able to do stuff and work.
I've noticed that fasting makes you focus more in a way

cheekbones are a bit prominent and i'm getting signs of hollow cheeks along with a more defined lower-third. this is pretty easy even without electrolytes

5'11/181 cm night height. and i still got 58 hours to go on my 7 day fast

prayers, bro. you probably entered alcoholic ketoacidosis. when you break a fast with alcohol, your metabolism will become dysregulated and you will have symptoms of nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, and more... the reason is your body is in a fat-adapted state where key organs are running on ketone bodies and their levels in the blood are levitated - consuming alcohol in this state will give you dangerously low blood sugar levels. stay safe

on keto you get much drunker from less alcohol even when youre not fasting

might do a five day havent done a long fast in a minute

For long-term modelmaxxing do carnivore, I'm convinced that it's the optimal way to eat plus sex hormones are mostly cholesterol. 0 bloat, stronger masseteers from chewing meat, and thicker eyebrows + hair makes me believe that Chad is Chad because his ancestors ate an optimal diet
