so i've heard being in caloric deficit + eating lots of protein is a good way
but some say you can eat as much as you want as long as its healthy so what do

Be in a caloric deficit to lose bodyweight
Be in a caloric surplus to gain weight.

Calculate your BMR here you got one: https://www.muscleandstrength.com/tools/bmr-calculator

Add 500 kcal if you want to gain weight fast, 200 for a leanbulk
Subtract 500 kcal to lose weight

Also you can calculate your macros from that(fat, protein, carbs), I would go higher in protein in your case but don't forget about the fats they are important and dont "make you fat"

bmr calculators are bullshit. you have to work out your own bmr by calculating how many calories you can consume without gaining or losing weight

Of course everyone's metabolism is different and it's just a rough estimate but it helps. Also if you play a lot of sports youre gonna be burning kcal as hell. And its gonna change over time as your bodyweight changes.

Just caloric deficit. Nothing else. One thing most people forget though- if you want to achieve single-digit fat you must train in order to keep some muscles. The average guy can get to 8-10% of fat, but most likely he will end up being 50-55kg. If you really think it's attractive having 8% of fat and being 55kg then you are delusional. As a man, you must weight at least 65-70kg, otherwise you just gonna have 0 presence.

- caloric deficit
- lots of protein
- do some sport
- take ephedrine, pseudoephedrine or caffein megadose
- take ostarine (only if you are a bodybuilder)
