Effective cope

I had a very bad life, because of my face, so I needed a way to cope. I was doing many dumb things, for example: stealing my mother's sedative medicine and drinking it like a fucking degenerate, running across my house to try to relax, talking with God, pets, toys, drawing, watching shit on Youtube etc. But at about 17 I heard about selfharming and I believe that it is the most effective cope. I just take something and beat my arm with it, yes, its not the true selfharming with knives and shit, but I believe that my health is above all, so I try not to overdo it. The physical pain brings a little rest for your mind from the mental pain, but always remember that if you were born with an ugly face like me - its over, you are dead, NOTHING will truly help you, so do whatever the fuck you want to endure this fucking life
