In summary: Nofap is bad, it decreases tesosterone. Lessfap (once a week) is good, it increases testosterone. Lots of fapping is terrible, because your body will have a harder time utilizing its testosterone. And having sex is far better than ejaculating to porn.
  • Short-term abstinence from ejaculations can slightly increase testosterone levels.
  • Long-term abstinence can reduce serum T.
  • Having an ejaculation does not acutely affect testosterone levels.
  • Ejaculating to the point of “sexual exhaustion” can make it harder for your body to utilize testosterone.
  • Masturbation doesn’t seem to affect testosterone levels in any significant manner.
  • Sex with a real person can boost testosterone levels significantly.

I disagree on nofap being bad.
Testosterone would go to baseline levels on long term, and will get you less DHT conversion due to not nutting. Also nutrients wouldn't be wasted.

Btw wtf is that pic:sick:

I believe in fapping once a week as a reward

Legit post especially about sex increasing T. I always look bigger and have better lifts at the gym after sex...so probably caused by that?

I feel better when I fap around once a week.

More and I feel shit. Exhausted.

If I go more than a couple of weeks, I started getting depressed and my self-esteem takes a fucking nosedive.

Always thought this was a low-t issue, but science seems to back it up to be honest
