iirc they're both around the same price (15k) for custom jaw implants

Probably depends on what you want. Eppley seems to be more willing to try to get more extreme results, whereas Yaremchuk seems to prefer to stay more conservative (although he will design more extreme-looking implants if the patient insists).

I just voted Y because I wanted to see results

if I want to remove 2 ribs and add them on my head to form horns and also want to insert a custom chair implant into my ass, so that I can always sit, then I would go to Eppley
