I'd say real numbers are a few % higher. When I was near 10% and even with some muscle mass lost still had a more defined look
OT now imagine attractive and ugly faces on those. Don't lose sleep about not having 6 pack, being not fat/being lean and decent face should be the starting point

Hehe obviously it depends on the body and available muscle mass
In the example above I'd say the 18% presented is a real ~20%

Im 8.5% bf it doesn’t matter if u see or not the muscles; all my fat is concentrated in the visceral area for example.
