You need dimorphism in some areas (height, shoulder-to-waist ratio, eyes and jaw) but other than that, almost all features that are attractive to men are also attractive to women. Traits like nice hair, soft skin, expressive eyes etc. are beautiful traits, not feminine traits, and all genders appreciate them.
