Face bloated almost always?

What can be the cause of this?
Already eating low sodium and low carbs.
I know its not bones because some days I’m not bloated and it looks way better.
Am I allergic or something?

I’m not fat, I dont know wich bodyfat % wich bothers me but I would not consider myself fat.

Lower third short, maybe. It looks different in different angles and lighting but most people who have seen me says I have a long jaw.

Recessed bones, yeah maybe a little bit but I would call myself recessed.

Fat distrubution and baby fat, yeah maybe.
How does one get rid of baby fat anyways?
I can literally see the ”fat sacks” in my face when I’m really bloated.

ur distance between ur zygos and chin are probably short. try no carbs at all imo

it could be a small skull issue as well, or a matter with ur estro/prolac levels. usually ppl with elevated levels in estro/prolac have naturally bloated faces. i have the same issue.

my mother has a similar problem, she's like 53 kg yet her face gets bloated easily taking furosemide works for her, thats not really a long term solution though
