Any methods out there for skinny fat, fat faces? I got a fast metabolism, lean, but my face is really fat. Increasing testosterone? Is it genetic, if so how do I get rid of it, that's the only thing holding me back

Clean diet, get enough potassium, drink lots of water.

If you're low T then get on trt. Masteron is a great roid for that also.

You could have a recessed face. If that's the case then no amount of leanness or water weight loss will make it look less fat.
