Base of nose is around 18mm to the middle of lip but the septum to middle of lip is about 14.5-15mm, if a rhino and maybe leforts can raise the tip, and also shave some skin from the hanging septum the lip lift will look fine.

Midface ratio will improve as well

I just use a simple Chrome add-on called PixelZoomer.

Optionally you can measure it physically. Something like Midface ratio is pretty easy to do with a ruler, a mirror optionally, and someone else to check measurements. fwhr can be measured by putting two rulers between your face (looks autistic but trust me it works) and a third one on a surface. Ruler should be extended so they go past your face to the front. Now you go down and make sure the ruler on the left is at 0. Now on the other side you should be able to see where the other ruler landed. That's how you (albeit very retarded and autistic) can measure your bizygomatic distance.
