It's more useful as a "test" to see how good you look with the shape of your jaw after the treatment. After that, you can decide whether you want to have surgery or not.
Jaw angle implant I think, don't quote me on that, but I'm probably right. Or he could gain masseter hypertrophy from chewing which is permanent as long as you keep chewing.
