Harry Styles looks like shit now? his hairline has recessed a bit, and everything else is the same. bones / facial structure is the biggest part of aesthetics

I think you need decent aesthetics before women even start thinking about the other stuff. But status/money/masculinity will enable you to hold down a relationship, and they become more important the older you get
