1. Botox for lowering eyebrows
2. Taban: Make eyelids into positive canthal tilt and give them a perma-squint. ( almond eye surgery with canthal tilt adjustment )
3. Modified Lefort 3 or orbital implants to give illusion of more deep set eyes.

Any ideas?????

I think the fact it looks like your doing that duck lips thing is the bigger issue, there’s nothing inherently wrong with ur eyes or someone’s eyes being feminine

just use castor oil and makeup to make your eyebrows straight

you need braces+double jaw surgery over everything else, I advise you to fly overseas to get this done. If you get this done, you will be a slayer.


Afterwards, if you would like deep set eyes, Lower Eye Lid Retraction and Infra orbital Implant, and maybe a browridge implant lastly is what I would recommend.
