morning:
  • 50 seconds of hardmewing (as hards as you feel pain)
  • bonemashing on chin
  • chewing: chew for some minute two Chisells (or any gummy object as hard as Chisell)
afternoon:
- do some cardio exercise while you breath with your nose, this way you will expand the airways, which push the jaw forward

evening:
  • 50 seconds of hardmewing
  • bonemashing on chin
all the day:
  • permamewing
  • keep the correct posture

im not saying mewing doesnt work, i am definitely not saying that, my gonial angle has decreased from 130 to 120 which is much better and my ipd has increased by 3mm

Lmao at all of this. I just stretch the shit out of my jaw foward while i look up while biting autisticly for almost 2 minutes. I then shove shit offbrand arabic gum (about 10 pieces) and chew the shit out of it.
