if you don't have money for fat grafting or fillers for your upper eyelids you can get double sided eyelid tapes. The asian girls use them to get rid of their epicanthal fold.

You can use them for the opposite , to mimic more " skin" or fat , whatever you call it and improve eyelid exposure. It can't completely make your eyes hooded though.

I use them to lessen my exposure , it works . You just have to experiment with it ...

Nah it's a small strip of double sided tape
Was told it's because some asians don't have UEE so the girls use it to increase UEE to be able to apply eyeshadow
