What did you experience best gains with.

Full body will do as much as a split for beginners with less time/effort spent

I definitely find a split more fun, especially if you have the time for it.

Full body in your first 6 months of lifting then splits.

Full body is literally specifically designed for people who have very limited time. its the best option for the 30 yo wage cuck who has to drive 2 hours to the gym and sleeps 6 hours and cant recover volume.
if you have access to low stress lifestyle, time sleep and food split will be way better.
also a split would also mean something like Full body heavy, rest day, Upper medium, lower medium, rest day, push light, pull light, legs light, rest day and repeat, get creative

dont waste your time on a full body

why do full body for 3 months when you can start with a split ?

if you can go 5/6 times a week to the gym, do a split and dont listen to these skinny fags

No it's the chest/bis, back/tris, shoulders, legs it's about isolating a body part
Thats the fucking shitty bro split jfl, who does that. P/P/L is the gold standard

PPL is better

Full body for beginner in order to learn basics about training and movements
Splits are superior for muscle building in general

Full body imo.
Monday,wednesday and friday.
Only compound movements.
Squats,Bench press,Deadlifts,Overhead press,Chin ups and maybe some other exercise you wanna do that day.
Easy gains all around the body

Full body for beginners, split for advanced.
If you don't have time or energy to go to the gym 3-4 times a week, do full body.

If you have the time and are advanced, full body is too much to effectively do in 1 day often enough.

With very good genetics or roids, just do something and it'll work.
