Take a pic with the front camera in a 2 meters distance. Then, measure the width of your face (cheekbone to cheekbone) and measure the distance between the lowest part of your eyebrows near your nasion to the intersection between your philtrum and upperlip. After this, divide the width by the length and you have your FWHR.

You can just use camera delay and put your phone/camera in a place that is 2 meters from you like a chair/table/desk

My shitty camera has shitty quality from 2 meters away

To these calculations if I'm doing it right I'm about 1.8-9 which is normal? Am I calculating it right?

Why was @do
Look directly at the camera. You're tilting your head upwards.
The camera is a bit below eye level, still if I look directly at it's still around 1.9 (by my calculations)
