Dunno dude from what i'm seeing he looks better in the first pic which is supposed to be the before pic. He looks chubbier in the second, nose bigger and his features aren't as defined like jaw etc...

Looks kinda better after getting a closer look, but nobody would see the diffrence at first glance. Wich might be a good thing, kinda what you want from surgery. No extremely noticable changes but overall impresson lifted

Thats probably because of the lips/bumps in his lower third, the lips are virtually the same as Keanu's and the jawline is extremely similar due to the bumps.
