Try scar creams first. Other options are corticosteroid injections and surgery. They will never fade 100%.

Just get surgery, I have plenty of scars on my arms and its horrendous. Only option is surgery for me.

just get laser, it's not that expensive and it's not worth to stress with all the other methods
