NoFap increases test for a day and then your levels go back to normal.
Also, just workout and make sure you have low enough body fat.

3 things that actually work and make a difference:

1. sleep enough in good environment according to consistent rythm

2. dont be in kcal deficit unless ur specificay cutting + dont be deficient in micronutrients. also eat as little pro-oxidant foods as possible

3. excercise with heavy weights every single day

if u do these 3 your test will be more than it is now guaranteed

A better strategy would be to exercise regularly and get a better diet (raw eggs do NOT boost Testosterone, I have told @TubOfLard this as well)

Zinc tablets I do 50g a day, make sure you take copper with it
Vitamin d3 I take 10,000 iu
Megadosing magnesium
High fat diet
Raw garlic
Caloric surplus, unfortunately not as ideal as your face is best looking at low bf
Fenugreek supposedly, I havenโ€™t tried them out but Iโ€™ve ordered them
Ashwagandha maybe, thereโ€™s not been convincing studies for it
Contact sports
And obviously lift weights

how many mg of copper do you take in 50 mg of zinc?
