gonna drink tons of water
and today im gonna have a big can of pringles only
 
i did OMAD for a couple days its pretty easy

Why would you only eat a can of Pringles on a 16/8 IF? If you care about your appearance the amount of salt in those Pringles will probably bloat you. One 16 hour fast isn't going to change anything, you need to stick with it for months depending on your goals.

At the very least get a balanced diet to improve your skin and reduce outbreaks.

Ideally have a high protein diet and weight train to maintain (or maybe even increase) muscle mass while on a cut.

Mix this:
Water 2L
KCl powder 1tsp
NaCl Source 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1tsp

don't eat shit food like pringles, if you want to lose weight you need protein, vitamins and minerals

How long den boss
Depends on how fat adapted you are already, but you'll need to depelete your glycogen before activating the AMPK fuel sensor and then you can achieve deeper autophagy the longer you restrict calories. The NRF2 pathway activating anti inflammatory cytokines, Sirtuins, increase in NAD+, etc. It depends what you want to achieve. But I don't advise eating a whole can of pringles the day before; it'll take extra time to deplete the glycogen, and your risking fat gain through de novo lipogenesis too. Really don't advise you eat so many carbs at any time unless needed. But it's not the best idea before a fast. It'll just make you need to fast longer to achieve the same benefits you'd achieve in less time if you didn't shock your body with such a huge insulin response.
