If something is good it attracts more good things and get rewarded
for example if a person is rich he is more likely to have access to better diet, health, and attract better superior genetics women and breed healthier more beautiful offspring and have them better off in life. All of these things can attract each other and do so. Your family will also like you more and be proud of you.
On the other hand if you are a sick unhealthy person you are more likely to get rejected by jobs and women and eat unhealthy due to low income and get further sick from that like bad teeth and get more punished with diseases and fall into drugs, alcohol that ruin your body and now you are in debts and cant eat and get punished for all of this with insane depression and internal suffering. You will be extreme liability on your family and they will hate you taking all their time (if they still care about you, otherwise they will ditch you and let you die in the streets)
