if you are not aware about that the female's vagina are quite acid having a PH level similar of vinegar, the female vagina produces this acid in order to kill bacteria and protect itself from infections and other parasites, when a trannie get an artificial vagina, that vagina doesn't have the ability of producing the acid juices females have, no doctor in the planet would be able to make a tranny vagina produce them as you would need specialized cells for that, then pretty much the great majority of trannies have infections in their ‘vaginas’ or even get mites there, simple because it’s a dark humid enclose place, where hair still grown and still produces sweet because the tissue there is the same as skin tissue.
