Gunna attempt to sleep 9 hours today to make up for yesterdays 4 hours.

Ill drink two shots of fireball at about 6, fap and rot for an hour until I fall asleep at 7:00 then wake up 4:00 am to wage slave for 8 hours tommorows. It worked last week except my home was a mess and I didn't shower lol. All this to recover and make gains ngl.
