Guys who dermaroll. Help me choose a good one.

Want to start dermarolling in conjunction with tretinoin / vitamin c / red light therapy for the ultimate skin care and collagen boosting regime.

There's so many stories of people buying dermarollers and fucking their skin or creating scars.

I also don't know what depth to buy, i.e 0.5mm vs 1.5mm etc. (Surely deepest would be optimal for maximum collagen promotion?)

Anyway, link some cheap but effective dermarollers if you know of any, or tell me about one you purchased and what you think of it

Thx bro. I read a lot of guides and it said to start small and work your way up.

Just bought a cheap 0.5mm one and I'll see how my body reacts.

Do you get any sun exposure before / after?

Use the 192 needles one. The 520 needles dermarollers can damage more than do good.
