Gym and heightmaxxing

Alright boyos so i'm basically gonna heightmaxx w supplements and shit very soon but also planning on hitting the gym and bulking since i'm skinny to look better. I've done like the training course or whatever w my friend that you need to go to my local gym as a kid by yourself so that's no problem, but curious if anyone would like to help

- What exercises/workouts should i avoid (to not stunt growth) ? i don't want to not train my legs, u know.
- What workout plan would be the best?
- What would be the best times to workout to respect the times i take heightmaxxing supplements?
I know everyone is different but maybe someone might know a best fit for my scenario

P.S seeing a hormonal specialist first thing tmo morning to discuss my heightmaxxing plans (going forward w it no matter what, just wanted a professions opinion, recommended by my original doctor, to showcase to everyone here to see if it's bs or not) and i'll report back

also going to bed in a few so i'll respond to most in the morning

I don’t plan on going to the gym to heightmaxx, I’m gonna heightmaxx on it’s own and gymmaxx on its own but I don’t want one to interfere with the other kinda thing
kill urself for discovering this forum at yung age when u can actualy implement the most important lookmaxing methods and get good results
that’s what I’m tryna do bro

Depends on your age man. Height is mainly genetic so not much you can do besides live a healthy lifestyle while you’re still growing.

I’m planning on following @Madness ’s heightmaxxing guide and if I get bad sides I’ll stop so I have a plan for that, but in this thread i’m mainly focusing on asking what not to do to stunt growth and the best like times to do things are for the gym

You aren’t going to stunt your growth with compound movements. Don’t worry about that shit, just go lift weights.

I read some shit about not doing squats w/ weights and stuff because that can fuck up ur spine during puberty and stuff, Is that true ?

I should clarify, not if you’re doing them correctly it won’t.
