Alright boyos so i'm basically gonna heightmaxx w supplements and shit very soon but also planning on hitting the gym and bulking since i'm skinny to look better. I've done like the training course or whatever w my friend that you need to go to my local gym as a kid by yourself so that's no problem, but curious if anyone would like to help
- What exercises/workouts should i avoid (to not stunt growth) ? i don't want to not train my legs, u know.
- What workout plan would be the best?
- What would be the best times to workout to respect the times i take heightmaxxing supplements?
I know everyone is different but maybe someone might know a best fit for my scenario
P.S seeing a hormonal specialist first thing tmo morning to discuss my heightmaxxing plans (going forward w it no matter what, just wanted a professions opinion, recommended by my original doctor, to showcase to everyone here to see if it's bs or not) and i'll report back
