[Method] Gymcelling Checklist

If you are gymcelling there are a few things you need to work towards
+low bf% (10% year round) so you have visible abs and visible spinal erector muscles. This must be visible.

+lats
+do not dirty bulk but recomp/lean bulk
+minimum 17 inch neck (easily achieved)
+21 inch+ bideltoids
+thick forearms (train 2x a week minimum)
+legs once a week only for test bonus

Can you recommend any bodyweight exercises for neck and delts?
Look up alphadestiny neck videos. Use objects in your home as weights or a towel. For delts idk lol.

Just get a set of adjustable 30 lbs dumbbells the sanity is definitely worth it for 60 dollars.

i have near 22 inch bidelt and have broader shoulders than almost every person i've ever met. this shit is not attainable without genetics (or roids/HGH). it isn't healthy to make framecels think it's normal to go from 17 inch shoulders to fucking 21+

Tbh

Upper back / traps / lats / delts / side delts / forearms = most important.

Don't become the average gymcel who overtrains chest

Shoulders/Traps/Neck/Chest/Lats/Back are the most important muscles.

How can I increase necksize though? Trap workouts like deadlifts and shrugs can but only to a minimal extent. My forearms are awful.
