Have at least a decent physique?
I am so tired of gymcelling and dont have so much time for it at morning

For me, it wont be enough, because i developed body imbalance by pushups, my chest is too big

What about this and some triceps dips?

Point is to have workout done in 10 minutes, without needed to go t gym and change clothes and other shit, which only waste time
 
have a good diet, and yeah that's fine + cardio

Dont skip push excercises like pull ups, dips will work your chest too so dont over do them.

Yeah pullups are the GOAT, but i do them on outodoor gym, and during cold season, i just work out at home

Yeah legit..also, i do natty gymcelling 15 years or so, and i dont have good diet and i drink too much
I looks the same for 15 years
I get all natty gains during first 2 years, and after that, impossible to became bigger

I am doing NXT programs but I have been hurting myself... supposedly because of being intoxicated.
I will heal myself for a dozen days by fasting progressively.

Well it worked well on my old ass and I am not eating that much.
But you are right, if you want to be beast, other programs will do it better.
Still, I am just looking for the Fight Club Physique.
 
lift weights it feels good when you are playing music
 
Just get 200 euros worth of weights and workout 4 days a week

Working out at home is cope. Even gym is cope for most people.

True about the ripped body
I never ever in my life saw a ripped guy with top tier female, hqnp overall

Too ripped body works as a repelent for top tier non primitive females
 
If you see the gym as a waste of time, you're going to find it difficult to get that low bf muscular body. Gym takes time and dedication. Not 10 minutes. You have to workout 3 or 4 days per week for 1.5 to 2 hours. You have to eat in accordance with your training so that your body can grow.

100 pushups and 100 squats daily is a bad solution. You only need 3 to 5 sets of each exercise under sufficiently heavy weight. Then you need to rest the muscle groups you exercised on the days following your workout.

Complete Bullshit. If you want good results in less time stop with those many repetitions, research shows tabata is a great way to get fit in less time

i dont think its enough you wont see any results if you dont have a decent diet atleast
 
It's okay to start out with if you're just starting with fitness...But eventually (And fairly quickly) you're going to need to up the ante to continue experiencing progress
