Has anyone experienced real height gains with MK-677

I’m 18 and 6’0 now and I would like to reach 6’1 atleast if possible.
Does MK-677 really work for height and how long would it take?

It depends are your growth plates still open? If it doesn't increase height at least you can get bigger wrist, bigger skull and wider frame.

most likely closed but some people continue to grow in their early 20s so give it a try. should see results pretty quickly since it offsets your growth hormones quite drastically

Nice! I want to know if mine are still open but I have no idea how I don't make it awkward when talking to the doctor and if it will cost a lot. I'll just hope they're a bit open which they are probably not though. I haven't grown in a long time.

I've heard tons of anecdotes saying first 3 months can give you an inch, every 3-6 months is another inch perfect scenario
