I've been seeing many different threads with different opinions on what to do/what not to do in regards to heightmaxxing. I really need help to find a plan and follow it to heightmaxx during puberty and tips/ideas are appreciated. Really hoping to ascend here
I'm 15, 5'8 1/2, skinny but not too-skinny, was thinking about getting into lifting but don't want that to fuck up my height, I drink milk every day but having second thoughts now in regards to estrogen closing the growth plates, get kind of shit sleep (6-7 hours), and kind of eat whatever I want but remain the same weight due to my high metabolism.
