Help me finally achieve average arm size.

I have 12 inch arms after more than a year of natural gymcelling, had 11.2 when I started. Went there 3-5 times a week and went up from 72kg to 80kg. I used a common plan from the net. I am 1.83m (6feet) tall 24yo and still look like a stick. My strength values went up a bit but not nearly as much as what younread on reddit.

On bb.com they'd tell me to train better. But is it really possible to do things that wrong?
I have no more eplaination except for subhuman genetics.

Is there anything serious except for roids I can try?
If not, can roids help me reach an average muscle mass? I just want 14-16 inch average arms.

I tried nSuns which gave ne the best results. Reddit ppl gave me nearly no results, on another program from bb.com I lost strength. I did every program for around 6 month, so no program hopping.

I mean yeah it takes a while to gain size, just get a program that focuses on hypertrophy, eat well, sleep, drink water, grind.

No one said looksmaxxing was easy.

eat a lot more bro look up a mass building diet but keep it healthy

I gained 8kg and only .8 inch. People on bb.com say 1 inch per 4.5kg would be normal.

Yeah I went from 57-8kg to 61-2kg
Maybe you're focusing on legs too much? I barely do legs. I focus on back, chest, bicep and triceps
