A few months ago I noticed some slight diffuse thinning on top on my perfect NW0 hairline, I think the ketoconazole shampoo I started using reversed it. Recently it seems like one of the temples started thinning a little, it is only noticeable to me under good lighting and invisible to non-PSL people.
Most would cope and say it's a transition to a "mature hairline," but I refuse to wait until it has destroyed my looks to do something about it, since as a deathnik, I can't afford to have any more flaws.
I'll be taking 0.25mg a day to minimize sides and continue washing daily with nizoral. I don't have easy access to Minoxidil but I'll add it to the stack if I don't see an improvement.
