I am planning on getting malar fillers and genioplasty. Beyond these, I am also thinking about fixing some asymmetries regarding my eyes/eyebrows/lips and filling my low nasal bridge/fixing my upturned nose.

I am propably going to get a rhinoplasty soon, so your advice is heard. If you are interested in other "stats" I am 5'7 but suffering from a congenital physical disability. I've put massive effort to get a gf but in my 26 years it only happened once, with a girl that was, attractiveness-wise, way below me.

I was taking better care of myself for some years (gym, grooming etc) but nowadays I am so deep into depression that I literally can not.

you need to understand in life their are multiple roads to happiness. While this forum focuses on getting validation and living a chad lifestyle there are otherways to be happy. So please leave this forum, and ignore anything you ever read. IDK what your hobbies are but just do that. what im saying is this path will take you to misery.
