I have only ever used testosterone but my grandpa has some insulin cuz diabetic and I can prob find hgh. Why do bodybuilders use it

Insulin has an anabolic effect on bone, it enchances production of osteocalcin, also it helps with mucle yeah, it prevents losing the gains and helps muscle perfomance overall. Just drink water with sugar at least 3 times a day and ure good, or honey is great too. no need to abuse it like crazy

Be careful with insulin because it can kill you if used improperly. Not in a "give you heart disease 30 years later" way either, it can literally shut down your respiration shortly after improper use.
