And the rest for the upper body.
Don't have overdeveloped trapezius or chest thickness like I am genetically programmed for....

Start lifting heavy on daily basis like gymcelling. Also eat foods that make u grow in size.

Meat (especially meat high in fat)
Dairy products like cheese, milk etc...
Fish
Eggs

Imo, your basic frame is great. Good ratio.
I feel, your arms are disproportionate small compared toyour body. I would focus on: bigger upper arms, bigger under arms, and getting bigger outside shoulders. Of you do that, then imo you pretty much maxxed your body looks potential. And after that, it's only deminishing returns (or even get worse, if you go bodybuilder shredded mode).
