How badly do braces affect your lower third

I been autistically analyzing my face and I realized my whole lower third is underdeveloped. I had braces with those rubber bands for 2 years I know for a fact that my lower third wouldn't have developed like this because I was literally going to have a underbite and the brases fix it. Why did my dentist fuck me how do I fix this.
