Just got out of bed after 8 hours of sleep and I already feel like I have been climbing mountains for 12 hours and I can't wait to go back to bed.
I can't concentrate on studycelling for more than 5 minutes without needing a 3 minute break. I'm literally too scared to go outside to the shop to get snacks. I have been trying to go to the gym for 2 years now but I literally can't due to my fear of people. Whenever i'm lifting weights I feel like everyone around me is looking at me and mocking me and they're all purposely making me feel uncomfortable so I leave.
My dick rarely goes up all the way anymore even when i'm horny. I have absolutely no motivation to do anything other than sit in my bed and shitpost on internet forums, watch movies and nap. I'm only 18 but I feel like an old man.

What drugs do I need?

When I was around your age I had social anxiety for a while, what helped me was getting a customer service job.

yeah thats rough bro, but there are ways to simulate the "customer service job" experience by joining groups or getting a hobby that requires more regular social interaction. Do you do any classes? Could start kickboxing, BJJ, or really any other sort of hobby where you meet people

I did kickboxing when I was younger but it's not really my thing. I'd like to join something that has a lot of girls.

Relatable. Despite the fatc I am tired, I cannot sleep and after I wake up, i still feel tired and exhausted. I also want to become normal but it seems really hard for me. Over at this point.

Get your blood levels and hormones tested first. If they come back normal - and remember normal might not necessarily be what the doctor says is okay so research online if any of them are on the lower end of a “normal range,” especially thyroid and testosterone levels - then you have to make huge changes to your diet. Cut out all refined carbohydrates, dairy, soy, and sugar for 3 weeks and see how you feel by the end of it. While doing that make sure you’re waking up relatively early (no later than 8) and getting to bed relatively early (no later than 12) while lifting 4-5 times a week.

How do I go about doing that? I only ever go to the doctor when I have a cold.

Schedule a doctor’s appointment, tell them what it’s for (always feeling low energy and depressed) and ask them to refer you to a lab where you can get all your blood levels for hormones, vitamins, etc tested. Usually the labs in the hospital itself are more expensive so ask if there’s any labs they’re aware of where you can get them tested and then they would send the results to the doctor to evaluate.

Thanks bro. Might have to do that tbh. I need to studycell hard for the next few months and that will be very difficult when I can barely get out of bed.

Stop cooming if you aren't already. The first 2 months can be hard, but you'll already feel benefits. I'm so much driven (and horny) since I stopped wanking (around November). I used to compulsively fap, at least twice a day, sometimes up to 5 times a day when I felt really depressed.

Fuck i'm really trying bro. Usually I end up giving in after a week and cooming and then I feel so shit afterwards. My record is 17 days and after day 14 I had to have a cold shower like 4 times a day to cool my balls down because they were so sore.

I've been trying to stop since 2014. It takes time. I had multiple streaks of 1-2 months that I broke only to fall into the compulsive coomer trap again. But I kept trying.

Eventually you'll get there. Something clicked in November, and that was it, I just gave up on it. Now I can't bring myself to enjoy porn or masturbation anymore. I really cannot.

I don't count days anymore. Maybe that's why I'm succeeding. But I stopped around November of 2019.

I do feel really driven (in whatever I wanna do) and much more low inhib, but the most important change is that I now feel human. That's just how I can describe my state currently. I feel complete, at ease, hopeful, capable, worthy and much more.

That's probably not just from no fap though, since I had some major life crisis over the 2 past years and did what I had to in order to deal with it. However fapping DEFINITELY contributed to how I feel right now. I've reached unprecedented levels of horniness and that was my main source of willpower and drive.

The first week is the toughest, always felt irritable and had mood swings. After that, it's really the horniness that you gotta battle. And that's hard.

My point of no return was when I went on vacation with my family, next to the beach. I was already 2 weeks in no fap, and was forced not to coom for another 2 weeks since I was never alone in a room. I went outside often and got a good amount of IOIs, THAT, combined with my horniness made me realize how I've been wasting my potential wanking 5 times a day like a zombie instead of pursuing real women.
