I am right on the borders of ascending guys but my lips is weird anyways I can get lip lift without getting surgeries

If you 'need' a surgical lip lift, then you should perhaps strongly consider having a surgical lip lift. Nothing is going to yield the same results as having surgery would.

Although, there are some non-surgical procedures. Botox can be injected into the superficial layers of the orbicularis oris muscle (the muscle that surrounds the mouth) to help 'flip out' the lip. This procedure lasts three to four months.

Filler can also be injected into the vermillion border of the lip, to increase the vertical height of the lip. This will last four to six months.
