@OP: there is no way around hiit to get shredded except roids. But hiit can be achieved not only through running there are tons of ways. And you need a healthy diet on top. You can achieve a calorie deficit with only McDonald’s but you will look like a sack of shit . These 2 points need to be fixed then you will see results

I generally lose fat quick. Two days on IF and walking to class fast and I can start to see my abs again on my cut. Haven't lost any size either. Probably best way to go

You probably have low T. When you have low T youll lose more muscle than fat in any calorie deficit and you'll be permaskinnyfat. Also, it helps to minimize carbs while eating a lot protein and fat.

Eat at a deficit and do some fucking strength exercise. Sitting at your desk the entire day while at a deficit makes your body burn muscle too.
